The project is about the deployment of 5G infrastructure along a substantial part of the Orient - East Med Corridor, which will span between Greece, the area around the city of Volos, and Bulgaria, the area around Sofia. The project includes advanced technology and applications, in the area of safety, convenience, logistics, and beyond.
The project covers 300 Km of highway on the Greek side and 173 Km of highway on the Bulgarian (BG) side.
Moreover, as small rural communities sparsely located along the targeted corridor, will also benefit from the additional 5G base station coverage and the upgraded services offered by the 5G features to be delivered by 5G SEAGUL deployments.
